FLOBUK's Receipt Validator is a Software as a Service platform that can be used by app owners, app developers, or anyone else ("you", "your", "customers") who can be interested in the provided Service.

By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share data and information in the following ways.


Information we collect


If you are a User, we collect your Personal Data when you sign up, and register for, the Services. The Service may include, without limitation, the following types of data, some of which may be Personal Data:

  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Login information
  • Subscription information
  • Cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g. web beacons, pixel tags, SDKs, etc.)

We refer to the information we collect from End Users automatically through our Services on behalf of our Users as the "End User Technical Information". Where we store your information


The information we collect from you will be stored in the netcup data centers in Germany.


How We Respond to DNT Signals


Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a Do Not Track signal to websites and other online services you visit. We do not alter our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from a visitor’s browser because we do not track our visitors to provide targeted advertising.


Information from minors


As noted in the Terms, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of eighteen (18) and you believe your child may have provided us personal information, please contact us.


How we protect your information


The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

  • All application data is secured using commercially standard methods including HTTPS, SSL, and 256bit encryption
  • Any payment transactions are encrypted using SSL
  • Monitoring of application servers, infrastructure, and the network environment using third-party providers to detect potential abuse

How long we keep your information


We retain Personal Data about you for as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide you Services. In some cases we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

You have certain rights with respect to your Personal Data, including the right to:

CCPA


FLOBUK acts as a Service Provider under the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”). FLOBUK follows the User(s)’ instructions in processing the Personal Data for the business purposes of providing the Services. FLOBUK follows the User(s)’ instructions to delete any Personal Data requested. FLOBUK does not sell its Users Personal Data as defined under CCPA. FLOBUK upholds Users' right of non- discrimination as defined under CCPA.


Changes


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date given below. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy frequently and to remain informed of any changes. The then-current version of this Privacy Policy will supersede all earlier versions. You agree that your continued use of the Services after such changes have been published to will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
